Cougars lose a tough one on the road.

Clearwater Christian went on the road to take on the Falcons of Florida College. The Cougars played well throughout the game. When the half time buzzer sounded the Cougars had a 47-39 lead, with Mike Key and Tristan Shore both putting up double digit efforts in the first half. The second half saw the Falcons mount a comeback that the Cougars kept holding off until late in the game. The Falcons took an 82-81 lead with less than two minutes to go off a second straight turnover by the Cougars. Clearwater still had a chance late but a missed shot and then made free throws by Florida College ended the opportunity. Mike Key led all scorers with 30 followed by Tristan Shore with 21 and Devin Paularinne with 15. The Cougars went 13-17 form the line. The remainder of the semesters games will be on the road. The Cougars will not return to the court until December 3rd when they travel to North Miami to take on Johnson and Wales University.
