After 49 years of ministry as a Christian liberal arts college, Clearwater Christian College has closed;
however, we are confident of the truth found in Philippians 1:6.

"And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ."

Transcripts and Records

Cedarville University has agreed to house our academic transcripts.

We are pleased to announce that, effective March 1, Clearwater Christian College students will be able
to request their transcripts electronically through the "Transcripts on Demand" program from Credentials Solutions, Inc.
Ordering online is the most efficient and secure method to request your transcript and results in many service benefits.

Cedarville University is in the process of finalizing our preparations to implement this system for Clearwater students.
Details regarding this transcript request process will be available at the Cedarville University website very soon.
At the time of this change, a transcript fee of $10 will be applicable for each transcript that is requested.

Currently, alumni and former students may request a transcript from Cedarville Unviversity.

Cedarville University is also the caretaker of CCC records. Any academic inquiries
regarding CCC should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar at Cedarville University.

The CCC business office will be releasing W-2's and other appropriate forms associated with the 2015 tax season by the required January 31, 2016 deadline. If your mailing address has changed recently please contact as soon as possible so we can update our records.

You may also contact the business office at
to request W-2's from previous tax years.

The Clearwater Christian Legacy Single Charity Fund

For those who love the faculty and staff of CCC, and would like to give monetarily to assist those wonderful, ministry-minded people who have served so faithfully, we have partnered with the National Christian Foundation in establishing the Clearwater Christian Legacy Single Charity Fund. Contributions to the Legacy Fund will qualify for tax deduction as allowed by applicable federal and state law.
