Campus Safety and Security
As a parent, your main concern is the safety of your student. At Clearwater Christian College, it is our desire to provide an atmosphere that is
safe and secure, as well as comfortable for students. The campus, located on a small peninsula with limited and monitored access, has a security force working
to protect the safety of all students. A 24/7 manned security station is located at the entrance to the College-there is only one way on to campus; therefore,
entry and exit is secure and monitored.
 With the added safety of surveillance cameras throughout the campus and well-lighted common areas, our armed security staff makes rounds every 4 hours, checking to
see that all areas are secure. The head of security, with law enforcement experience, is dedicated to making Clearwater Christian College as safe as possible.
As a student, you can rest assured that your person and belongings will be safe and secure in your dorm. Each men's dorm is equipped with a lock that requires an
entrance code.
Unique codes are given to the residents of the room and they are not to be shared with anyone outside the dorm. Also, the ladies' units are locked with a key
that is
given to each resident (four rooms per unit). As in any situation where young people are living in close quarters, please be aware of your possessions and make
wise
choices about what items to bring to college.
In accordance to government requirements, the College provides an Annual Security Report online for all interested persons. This report outlines required
procedures and past reports of crime on our campus. It has also posted its current Fire Policy for those interested as well.

I chose CCC because of the good education program and the godly environment. The small campus allows teachers to get to know the students individually and develop personal relationships with them. I love CCC! I'm surrounded by so many people who care for me personally, not only in my academics, but also in my spiritual life. I am vice president of my class and recently got nominated for vice president of my Greek. Being a class officer, I have a chance to help make an impact and get to help decide what the focus of our class is going to be. It has been exciting to be involved in planning our activities and meetings and to see God work in the lives of my classmates throughout the year and a half I've been here. In addition to my elected responsibilities, I am a student worker and a devotion leader (DL) for my unit. Working for Coach Whitaker and Coach Champion has been a blast! The tasks Coach Whitaker has given me have broadened my experiences, while being a DL has been a good experience for me to learn how to be a spiritual leader. I have learned a lot about myself and have been able to grow and be encouraged by my responsibilities.
