Spring 2012 Semester Arrival

Spring semester is an exciting time on the CCC campus as students enter the final half of the school year. Seniors are about to complete their last college semester, the fine arts department is preparing for a thrilling spring musical, sports teams are gearing up for an awesome season, and much, much more!

All students must check-in upon arrival to campus. Every student must be fully matriculated in order to obtain their dorm room key or code and be checked-in. Check-in will take place in Cathcart lobby. See more details below for specifics on return times for returning and new students.

RETURNING STUDENTS

Basketball players are to return Friday, January 6, and baseball players are to return Sunday, January 8, by 10:30 p.m. Check with your coach for specific times and required meetings.

The Resident Assistants need to arrive Sunday, January 8, by 10:30 p.m. to prepare to receive new and returning students.

All other returning resident hall students are required to be back on campus by Tuesday, January 10 to check-in between 8:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.

Returning commuters who are fully matriculated do not need to check-in on January 10.

Student workers must check with their supervisors to determine when they are required to return to campus to fulfill their responsibilities in time for the start of classes.

NEW STUDENTS

All students who were not enrolled in CCC during the 2011 fall terms are considered New Students. Resident hall students must check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 9. Both new resident and commuting students must attend a New Student Orientation session from 2:00-4:30 p.m. in Steele 108. Please view the New Student Arrival Manual for a complete schedule of orientation activities for new and returning students.

Classes officially begin on Wednesday, January 11.
