Spring Musical, Little Women

The Fine Arts department is pleased to announce the Spring Musical, Little Women, presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). The musical, based on Louisa May Alcott's classic novel, will be presented on the CCC stage Tuesday and Wednesday, April 13 and 14 at 10:00 a.m. and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, April 15-17, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.

The classic inspirational story revolves around the March family in Civil War New England. The story of the four March sisters, held together by their beloved Marmee, has moved many since its composition in 1869. Thought to be a semi-autobiographical novel of her life, Louisa May Alcott has captured the world of yesterday and has made it come alive for subsequent generations. You won't want to miss this heart-warming musical.

Come and follow the stories of Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy, as they learn life's lessons, find love, and suffer loss during this explosive time in American history. Dr. Craig and Robin Ralston will direct a talented cast in Allan Knee's adaptation of Little Women.
