- SACS Visits CCC
(3/8/10) Last week, CCC was host to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) delegation for the purpose of reaccreditation of Clearwater Christian College, a process that must be completed every ten years.
- Duncan to Present Doctoral Dissertation
(3/5/10) Ian Duncan has been chosen to present his doctoral dissertation to the American Institute of Higher Learning during their International Conference, March 17-19.
- Werner Appointed Director of Library

- Casarow Selected as Guest Director
(3/5/10) CCC Professor Dr. Pattye Casarow recently appeared as a guest director at the ProMusica Arizona Warland Workshop. Chosen from among a large number of applicants, Dr. Casarow was blessed to work with Mr. Dale Warland, well-known American conductor.

- Students Show Support for FRAG
(2/23/10) Imagine what would happen to private higher education in Florida if the state did away with the FRAG (Florida Resident Access Grant)? In today’s economy, every state legislature is trying to cut costs in light of declining revenues. Many legislators lobby for their cause or against another’s. For this reason, former CCC President Dr. George D. Youstra traveled to Tallahassee with seniors Michael Kleer of Miami and Music Brunetto of Clermont to meet with state legislators to stress the merits of the FRAG.

- One Step Closer to Her Goal
(2/1/10) In December 2009, CCC Psychology Professor, Dr. Kris DeWitt, moved one step closer to her goal of publishing an in-depth study book about the value and necessity of forgiveness. In conjunction with VDM Publishers, Dr. DeWitt has published Finding Freedom in Forgiveness, the intellectual foundation for her future book.

- SACS Approves the M.Ed. in Educational Leadership
(12/10/09) On December 8, 2009 the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) announced that Clearwater Christian College is approved to award the Master of Education in Educational Leadership. This decision was made at the annual meeting held in Atlanta, GA.

- Men's Soccer Wins First National Tournament
(11/18/09) On Monday, November 16, the Clearwater Christian College men’s soccer team defeated Southeastern University 2-1 to win the NCCAA II National Championship.
- Clearwater Wins Fourth Straight NCCAA National Volleyball Championship
(11/16/09) Clearwater Christian College participated in the 2009 NCCAA II National Volleyball Championship this past weekend at the Kissimmee Civic Center. The team captured another national championship banner for the fourth straight season marking their ninth national title in the past 15 years.
- Alumni Basketball Games: The Ups and Downs
(11/10/09) The 2009 Alumni Basketball games held Saturday, November 7 experienced some new firsts for this event. A lower than average turnout caused the ladies' game to turn into a contest played by a divided squad comprised of participating alumni and all members of the current 2009-2010 women's basketball team. A positive outcome was that everyone had an opportunity to play, and our alumni players even had a chance to catch their breath every once in a while.

(11/3/09) The volleyball team and men's soccer team won the NCCAA II regional tournaments, and they will be competing along with the women's soccer team in the NCCAA II national championship tournaments on November 12-16, 2009.
