Christmas Break

Christmas is a special time for families and friends to come together to remember the reason for the season-God made a way of salvation for all mankind by sending His Son Jesus to earth where He ultimately paid the price for our sin. It is also a good time for students to rest between academic terms, enjoy friends, and catch up on the myriad of bowl games.

Christmas Break begins after each student's last final exam (see Final Exam Schedule). Careful attention should be taken to book airline flights or arrange rides with friends in light of the final exam schedule. Resident students are required to officially check out of campus housing with a designated member of the Student Life office. Residence halls will be closed at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012 for any students with late airline reservations. Students are not permitted to stay in the residence halls over the break unless they are employed by the institution during this period. The administrative offices will close December 24, 2012 and re-open on January 2, 2013.
