Seminary Recruitment Conference

Representatives from a variety of seminaries will be at Clearwater Christian College January 19 and 20, 2009. During these two days, students will have the opportunity to meet and speak with recruiters and professors. The schedule of activities is given below.

Dr. Burggraff, Vice President for Spiritual Formation and Ministry said, "Over the past few years, this conference has proved to be a great encouragement for our students who are contemplating attending seminary. The insights and advice provided at the Seminary Recruitment Conference have a profound impact upon a student's decision to attend seminary. We are excited about this opportunity!"

Baptist Bible Seminary, Central Baptist Theological Seminary-Virginia Beach, Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary, Northwest Baptist Seminary, and several others are among the list of represented schools. The faculty of CCC encourages students to take advantage of this chance to learn about the possibilities of a seminary education after graduation.

In addition to the stated student recruitment activities, the college is expanding the conference to include general sessions and workshops of interest, and to invite the local public, especially local pastors, to participate. Speakers will include Dr. Matthew Hoskinson, pastor of Ministry Vision at the Heritage Bible Church in Greer, SC, and other seminary representatives listed below. While there is no charge, we encourage you to confirm your intent to attend by emailing Judy Cannon at judycannon@clearwater.edu or calling her at 727-726-1153 ext. 254.
