Turkey Bell Choir Tour
The Clearwater Christian College Bell Choir has been invited to share their unique musical style through performance and demonstration
workshops with the people of Turkey through Uludag University in Bursa, Turkey. Presently, there are no handbells in Turkey so this tour
will serve to both entertain and enlighten through this beautiful music. The choir will travel during Spring break from March 29 through
April 8, 2012. The choir will provide concerts in universities, schools, and communities and at each venue, audiences will be encouraged
to experience bell ringing for themselves. In addition, the Bell Choir will take in some of Turkey's cultural offerings and participate
in service projects that will help specific groups within the country.
Students in the Bell Choir may earn two credits upon completion of tour and course requirements. For more information, contact Dr.
