They chose this community outreach because of a personal connection to a little girl battling Philadelphia Chromosome, a rare form of Leukemia. |

| Greek Extravaganza(11/9/10) At CCC, we encourage student groups to not only build friendships and enjoy themselves, but also find ways to serve the college family and the surrounding communities. One of the best ways that students get involved with such activities is to become actively involved in the Greek clubs on campus. |

| Hollenbach Awarded Bailey Scholarship(10/28/10) Dexter Hollenbach, a senior at Clearwater Christian College, was selected to receive the prestigious Bailey Family Scholarship in the amount of $5,000. After becoming aware of the opportunity, Dexter submitted to the foundation a 300-word essay describing how he would use the scholarship money. |

| Elisabeth Ennis Named NCCAA Player of the Week(10/7/10) Elisabeth Ennis of Fayetteville, NC was selected Student Athlete of the Week by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Ennis, a senior setter for Clearwater Christian College, was also named to the All Tournament Team at the SFCC Volleyball Tournament held October 1-2 in Avon Park, FL. |

| Lady Cougars Receive Academic Award(7/27/10) Once again, the Clearwater Christian College Lady Cougars Volleyball team has received the Team Academic Award from the American Volleyball Coaches Association. In order to be a recipient of this award, the team must maintain at least a 3.30 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale. |
