To put it practically, Clearwater Christian College:
- Requires students to attend a local church that is doctrinally consistent with the CCC doctrinal statement as found in the College catalog;
- Requires students to attend all scheduled Sunday services unless sick or providentially hindered;
- Requires resident students to attend a church that is the same denomination as their home church unless they request otherwise through the Office of
Student Life and obtain permission from their parents;
- Requires that after a designated period, students commit to one church to avoid the pitfalls of 'church hopping' and to receive maximum spiritual
benefit from a loving, supportive congregation. Changes after this deadline can be made after consulting with the Office of Student Life.
To assist new resident students, the College has compiled a list of churches that are doctrinally consistent and have indicated a strong desire
to minister to college students. This list is not exclusive but should serve as an excellent starting point for students and their families as they
search for their 'church home away from home.'
