Spiritual Life Events
Throughout your college experience at CCC, you will be exposed to the following activities or events that can help to shape your spiritual walk and
transform your life.
Chapel
Chapel is an integral part of the CCC experience. Typical services include a time of praise through singing, special music by students or invited guests,
instruction and encouragement from the Word of God, or testimonies by students or special invited speakers.
Day of Prayer
Once a year, the College takes a break from our routine and sets aside a day where concentrated prayer can be made for individual and institutional concerns.
Classes are dismissed and a portion of the day is set aside for extended chapel services and specific opportunities for group and individual prayer.
Missions Conference
Special emphasis is given to the spiritual needs around the world and the students are given the opportunity to pursue short-term mission trips and long-term
mission positions by presenting the ministries of career, home, and foreign missionaries. Services are typically scheduled during the regular chapel
period, but additional opportunities are given to meet mission representatives who attend and to participate through small group presentations held during
specific class hours.
Christian Life Conference
At the beginning of each academic term, a week of chapel services is dedicated to emphasizing key aspects of the Christian walk to help equip students to
be successful spiritually throughout the year. Special guest speakers are invited to share and be available to counsel students who desire specific assistance.
The CLC is often referred to as a spiritual 'booster shot' for the upcoming spiritual challenges one often faces in college.
Bible Conference
Typically a one-day event held in association with Seminary Recruitment Conference, special emphasis is placed on addressing a specific theological issue
or principal in a concentrated manner. Regular classes are cancelled and students are given opportunity to choose from a list of topical presentations.

The reason I chose to come to CCC was that it is a Christian college that offered an accredited education that was grounded in a Biblical foundation. It is located on a beautiful campus and is full of teachers and faculty who really care and want to get to know you and let you know they care about more than just your grades in their class. The student body desires to glorify God in how they live. When I graduate, I hope to take away many strong friendships and a more mature view of myself and my God based upon my experience at CCC.
