Podcasts A podcast is a collection of digital media files distributed over the Internet often using syndication feeds for playback on portable media players and personal computers. The term podcast can refer either to the series of content in itself or to the method by which it is syndicated. The host or author of a podcast is often called a podcaster.
In recent times, podcasting has expanded to wider uses including distribution of school lessons, official or unofficial tours of museums, and safety alerts. Clearwater Christian College is using this medium to broadcast expanded presentations of people or subjects of interest to prospective students and friends. Click on the podcasters we have solicited to read a narrative about them and to hear their story.
