Spring Semester Athletic Honors
(4/21/11) The spring athletes were honored during a special chapel service. Among the honorees were two inductions into the CCC Hall of Fame and one recognition of the NCCAA Hall of Fame Award.
Vickie Denny Named Alumnus of the Year
(4/8/11) Vickie Denny, womenís volleyball coach at CCC, was recently named the Alumnus of the Year at Bob Jones University, her alma mater.
2010-2011 Cougars Receive National Recognitions
(1/6/11) Postseason accolades from the fall athletic program included members of both the menís soccer team and the womenís volleyball team.
Emma Kile Named National Player of the Year
(12/16/10) Clearwater Christian College Junior Emma Kile of Butler, PA, was named the 2010 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) NCCAA Player of the Year.
Assistant Coach of the Year: Lou Denny
(12/15/10) Mr. Lou Denny, assistant coach of the womenís volleyball team, has been selected as the 2010 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Assistant Coach of the Year. Mr. Denny has been involved with Clearwater Christian College volleyball for twelve years.
Fall Athletes Recognized
(12/15/10) On Monday, December 6, the athletic department of Clearwater Christian College presented their 2010 fall sports team and individual awards during a special Athletic Award Chapel. Athletic Director James Whitaker opened the chapel with a short highlight video of the season.
Five National Championships in Five Years
(11/13/10) CCC captured another national championship banner for the fifth straight season marking their 10th national title in the past 16 years.

Elisabeth Ennis Named NCCAA Player of the Week
(10/7/10) Elisabeth Ennis of Fayetteville, NC was selected Student Athlete of the Week by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Ennis, a senior setter for Clearwater Christian College, was also named to the All Tournament Team at the SFCC Volleyball Tournament held October 1-2 in Avon Park, FL.

Emma Kile Named NCCAA Player of the Week
(9/20/10) Clearwater Christian College women's volleyball player Emma Kile was named the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) Player of the Week for the week of September 6-12, 2010.
Cougars Place Second at Pasco Tournament
(9/20/10) The Lady Cougars participated in a very competitive tournament this past weekend held at Pasco Hernando Community College against some nationally ranked NJCAA volleyball programs.

(9/7/10) Playing Florida College at their gym is always exciting and this time was no different. The Lady Cougars displayed poise and confidence as they went up against a strong Falcon team along with their raucous crowd.
Volleyball Team Wins Labor Day Tournament
(9/5/10) The Clearwater Christian College volleyball team hosted their annual Labor Day tournament over the weekend and completed a clean sweep over all of their opponents, winning five straight matches in two days.
Denny Checks Off 800th Win
(9/1/10) On August 31, 2010, Coach Vickie Denny knocked out her 800th career win. The 2010-2011 Lady Cougars volleyball team defeated opponent South Florida Community College with a 3-0 sweep (final scores 25-13, 25-9, and 25-17). This win put Coach Denny in an elite group of coaches; only ten active coaches in the NCAA have met their 800th win, only four of which are in smaller, private, junior, or community colleges.
Landslide Victory for CCC Volleyball
(8/31/10) The CCC volleyball team opened up their 2010 home schedule with a solid victory over South Florida Community College, 25-13;25-9;25-17. The Cougars came out with strong serving by Emma Kile and Liz Ennis early in the match to take the Panthers completely out of their offense. The victory was a total team effort with the team averaging over 10 kills per game and 22 digs.
Fierce Competition in Weekend Tournament
(8/28/10) The 2010 volleyball season opened in a highly competitive NAIA tournament at Webber International University. The Lady Cougars played an aggressive five sets with Webber, lost to Warner University in three sets, but came back to win the last match against rival Southeastern University.
