Recruitment

At Clearwater Christian College, we recruit talented athletes who have a heart for God and desire to use their athletic talents to glorify Christ. We look to identify student-athletes from around our state and across the country who will help our teams succeed.

While we currently do not offer athletic scholarships, our financial aid department provides further information on the various scholarships, loans, and grants which are available to all CCC students.

Each spring, the admissions and athletic department co-host Student Athlete Days aimed specifically to the prospective student who desires to participate in the CCC intercollegiate athletic program. In addition to typical college visitation activities, the athletic department provides opportunity for prospective athletes to be further informed on program distinctives, to meet coaches, current players, and other prospective athletes, and to compete in unofficial pick-up games. Click the link above for information regarding the next opportunity.

Prospective athletes, who wish to learn more about becoming a Clearwater Cougar, should fill out the interest questionnaire under each individual sport. This information will be submitted directly to the coach of whichever sport(s) you select. (By submitting this form, you are simply asking for further information on the sport(s) of your choosing. It does not obligate you to Clearwater Christian College in any way.)

Cougar Spotlight

Playing basketball at Clearwater has been an amazing opportunity, because I have made so many great memories and great friends by being on the team. God has blessed me by being a part of the women's basketball team, because I get to be involved with a great group of girls that strive to honor and glorify God above all else. Playing basketball is so much fun, but it is also a great way to grow closer to God. The team has devotions every day before practice, and we all get to share with each other what God is doing in our lives. Whether we win or lose, the praise goes to God, and ultimately that is all that matters.
