The Cougars top Toccoa Falls 84-77.

The rematch between Clearwater Christian and Toccoa Falls turned out to be an exciting one. TFC defeated the Cougars two weeks ago by 9 points, and with the regular season drawing to a close the game was significant for tournament seeding. Both teams got out to a slow start with the Cougars getting to the basket easily but not being able to finish. TFC warmed up first and took a 10 point lead with 4 minutes to go in the first half. The Cougars made a run just before the break, and the teams went into the locker rooms tied at 32. In the second half the Cougars found their offense and put up 52 points, shooting 63% from the floor, and going 15-21 from the line. TFC stayed in the game and the Cougars could not get the run they were looking for to break the game open. Free throws down the stretch sealed the win for the Cougars.
