Clearwater Christian suffers another road loss


Clearwater Christian traveled to Lake Wales to take on Warner University for their last regular season game of the semester. The Cougars had another good first half closing the period on an 8-0 run to bring the score at the break to 30-39. The beginning of the second half saw Warner go on a 15-1 run, and the Cougars were not able to recover from the deficit, losing 60-88.
Clearwater did return to a more balanced scoring with Tristan Shore's 18 leading the way. In his second start of the season Eddie Moralobo chipped in 13, followed by Erik McRae with 10. Erik also had 5 assists. Austin Swierenga and Tristan Shore each had 5 boards.
The Cougras will go on the road this weekend for two exhibition games against NAIA I Pikeville University and NCAA I Gardner Webb University.
