As such, I try to play for God's glory, not mine. The team prays together, we helped at a Christian Camp for a day, and we keep each other accountable. It was the best way to build strong relationships. Being an athlete brings opportunities to be a witness that I may not have had otherwise. Being a student-athlete has helped me be much better at organizing my time and prioritizing everything I have to do. On and off of the field, Coach teaches us how to be a better player and always challenges us to try harder and push longer; spiritually, mentally, and physically.
