Seahawks Take Game Three
(2/4/11) The Seahawks bats came alive in the second inning as they plated 13 runs on 16 hits, effectively silencing the Cougars.

Cougars Fall in Extra Inning Thriller
(2/4/11) In game two of the three game weekend series, it took extra innings to decide the winner. Starter Kyle Leja pitched seven strong innings, and turned it over to the bullpen for extras. The Cougars fell just short in a 3-2 loss.

Cougars Win Dramatic Home Opener
(2/3/11) The Cougars won their home opener in front of a large crowd Friday night at Jack Russell Stadium. Tonight was the first of a three game series against visiting Northwood University.

2012 Men's Baseball Schedule Released
(11/17/11) The Clearwater Christian College baseball team has officially released their schedule for the upcoming 2012 season. With new faces on the coaching staff and team, the 2012 season should be an exciting one for the Cougars.

Brent Kirkley Named National Pitcher of the Year
(5/26/11) Clearwater Christian College sophomore Brent Kirkley from Hamlet, NC, was recently named the 2011 National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) DII National Pitcher of the Year for men’s baseball.

Harding Receives Prestigious Award
(5/25/11) Senior Luke Harding from Washington, Michigan, was named the recipient of the Hank Burbridge Unlimited Potential Outstanding Christian Leadership Award.

Baseball Team Finishes 2nd at NCCAA DII World Series
(5/19/11) The baseball team finished 2nd in the nation, playing 6 games over 4 days and winning 2 extra-inning games at the NCCAA DII College World Series in Ohio.

Playing baseball in Clearwater, Florida is a unique experience few people get to enjoy. Our coach constantly reminds us that God has given each player a wonderful opportunity, and we cannot view it flippantly.
