Financial Information

Affordability and available financial assistance are keys to making your enrollment in our graduate studies program a reality. Note the current tuition charges, payment methods, and financial aid assistance program below.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are set annually by the board of directors and typically commence with the start of the academic year. Below is our chart of fees associated with our graduate studies program.

Tuition - per credit hour, a typical course is three hours$ 541
Technology fee - per course$ 50
Room$ 242 for the two weeks, summer session only, optional
MealsPer meal charge when available on campus, summer session only, optional
Graduation fee$ 125

Course Payment

Students must register and pay their tuition in full at least five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the term. Those using financial aid as a method of payment must register a minimum of one month prior to the beginning of the term.

Students may drop a course for a full refund prior to classes beginning. Beginning of the first day of the term, students may withdraw with a 'W' and no refund will be granted. Failure to submit any or all coursework does not constitute a withdrawal from the course.

Financial Assistance

Students may consider the Stafford and PLUS loan programs as sources of financial assistance. Contact the financial aid office for specific information. Some employers offer tuition reimbursement programs to their employees as incentive to earn advanced degrees.

As a former teacher and a stay-at-home mom, I am attracted to Clearwater's online degree in educational leadership. It will allow me to continue my education with the flexibility of online courses while still receiving the high-quality, Christ-centered education that I expect from Clearwater Christian. Although my primary ministry is to my children, I can prepare myself for whatever ministry God will allow me to have in the future.
