Delivery System
Introduction
The Master's of Education in Educational Leadership offers courses in two delivery formats: (1) hybrid, which includes face-to-face on-campus classes with web-based components and (2) web-based classes. Nearly 100% of the instruction and communication will be conducted on-line. Students will be required to acknowledge their understanding and compliance of technology requirements in the admissions process.
Blackboard LMS
The Blackboard Academic SuiteTM is a standards-based product suite that provides student-centered learning with anytime, anywhere access that fits into students' busy schedules. This portal provides a wealth of tools enabling quick and convenient communication between professor and student, access to high-quality content and 24/7 technical support.
Computer Requirements
Computer
You must have a computer that can access the Internet and Java must be installed.
Internet Connection
Dial-up, DSL or cable Internet connection. Some course features, such as video segments, may load slowly or incompletely when a dial-up connection is used. A broadband Internet connection (DSL or cable) is highly recommended. |  |
As a former teacher and a stay-at-home mom, I am attracted to Clearwater's online degree in educational leadership. It will allow me to continue my education with the flexibility of online courses while still receiving the high-quality, Christ-centered education that I expect from Clearwater Christian. Although my primary ministry is to my children, I can prepare myself for whatever ministry God will allow me to have in the future.
