Minors

One of the distinctives of Clearwater Christian College is that all four-year graduates automatically earn a minor in Bible. We feel this unique offering provides you with the academic preparation to help you grow in your spiritual walk with the Lord and prepares you for vocational and ministerial service when you leave the College.

In addition, Clearwater Christian College has designed curriculum to allow graduates to leave with directed instruction in 16 specific academic fields, 5 of which are distinctive from any academic major offered (see asterisk). These programs include 18-20 semester hours of coursework in addition to your core curriculum and major pursuit. These minors are listed below and program requirements can be obtained by clicking on the link provided. Specific rationale for distinctive minors will become available when you click on any minor marked with an asterisk. Refer to corresponding major under Majors link for additional information for all other minor programs.

Jonathan, a junior ESS major, is learning the basics of athletics and exercise while gaining valuable life skills. "I am an exercise and sport science major with a pre-physical therapy emphasis. One of the things I like about CCC, and specifically my major here, is the fact that I have the opportunity to gain many valuable hands-on experiences through different classes and activities, such as covering sporting events as a student athletic trainer. At CCC I am able to gain an excellent education while still learning about Christ and keeping Him the focus."
