History is the unfolding of God's redemptive story on earth. When the appointed time had fully come, God sent Christ to redeem us (Gal 4:4). This awesome truth underlies my approach to studying ancient cultures. In my courses I'll attempt to blend traditional and collaborative techniques to bring a fresh approach to learning about the ancient cultures that have, in many cases, shaped where we are today.
