Disability Support Services

Clearwater Christian College encourages students with disabilities to participate fully in all academic programs and student activities.

Disability support services operates from the Office of Guidance and Career Services located in Dambach Hall, Room 112. Within this office, student claims of disabilities are evaluated based upon appropriate documentation and reasonable accommodations are made to support each individual.

Registering for Accommodations

Students requesting accommodations must complete an application, submit documentation of their disability to the Student Section 504/ADA Coordinator, and schedule an appointment to have documentation evaluated.

Although requests for accommodations may be made at any time, in order to provide them in a timely manner, students should begin the accommodation procedure prior to the beginning of each semester.

Wesley, a Communications Arts major from Minnesota, is an active participant in all things dramatic at CCC. A faithful sound and light crew member for fine arts events, he gets to use his talents both on and off of the stage. "I love the personal, godly interaction with the teachers and staff at CCC; God is at the center of every subject," he says. As a member of Ministry Teams, Wes actively represents the college in numerous churches across the country. He is also a choir member at his local church. "The accountability of my spiritual walk to my peers, the faculty, and the staff has helped me grow while at CCC. It's not just an education; it's learning how to live." After graduation, Wesley wants to use his degree in the field of Public Relations.
