Directions to Clearwater Christian College


FROM SOUTH ON I-75 (Sarasota/Ft. Myers/Naples) Follow I-75 North to the I-275 North junction at exit 228. Follow I-275 North over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge (cost is $1.00). Stay on I-275 North through St. Petersburg. Take exit 30 (Clearwater/Largo) and follow signs for SR 686 West (left fork.) Follow SR 686 West about 1 mile, and when the road forks again, follow the signs for SR 688 West (left fork). For a short time (about ½ mile), this road will be SR 688 and SR 686. Bear to the right following signs for SR 686 toward Clearwater. Pass the St. Petersburg / Clearwater airport on the right. After passing the airport, take a right on Hwy. 611 which is also the Bayside Bridge. Take the first exit off the Bridge. This is Hwy. 60 and Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. Turn right on Hwy. 60. (East) There will be a house with a sign Clearwater Christian College Development Office on the left at the first stoplight. DO NOT TURN HERE. Go through this light and continue on Hwy. 60 to the main campus which is a few more blocks. Take the next left at the stoplight with the left turn lane (Damascus Rd.), just before you reach the Causeway. (There will be water on the right side, part of Tampa Bay.) The Clearwater Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center is on the left at the entrance of the campus, and the college is behind this Welcome Center. FROM NORTH ON 1-75 (Gainesville, Ocala) Follow I-75 South to I-275 South. Follow I-275 South to the Clearwater/Hwy. 60 exit to the right. After exiting, get into one of the left two lanes to go toward Clearwater on Hwy. 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway). After a stoplight the road veers to the left. You will then cross over the Courtney-Campbell Causeway with water on both sides and several bridges. The college will be just after the causeway on your right. Take a right on Damascus Rd. at the stoplight. There is a Clearwater Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center on the right at the entrance of the campus, and the college is behind this Welcome Center. FROM NORTH ON U.S. 19 Follow U.S. 19 South to the Gulf-to-Bay Blvd./Hwy. 60 exit (right side exit). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left on Hwy. 60 traveling east toward Tampa. Go through 7 stoplights. Stay in the left lane. The sixth stoplight will be the intersection of Bayshore Blvd. There will be a house with a sign Clearwater Christian College Development Office on the left at this light. DO NOT TURN HERE. Go through this stoplight and continue on Hwy. 60 a few more blocks through the stoplight for the beach entrance and then turn left at the stoplight with the left turn lane (Damascus Rd.), just before you reach the Causeway. FROM ORLANDO Follow I-4 West towards Tampa where I-4 merges into I-275. Make sure you wait for I-4 to merge into I-275. DO NOT TAKE THE I-75 EXIT THAT COMES BEFORE THIS POINT. Follow I-275 South to the Clearwater/Hwy. 60 exit to the right. After exiting, get into one of the left two lanes to go toward Clearwater on Hwy. 60 (Courtney Campbell Causeway).
